It’s a complete museum featuring photos, pictures and treasures of yesterday and before, it is big, highly informative and entertaining.
Step back in time to an 1890’s slab cottage, meet Tom and Sarah. See the Carriage shed, a two man chain saw cutting a log, spot the animals and birds in the trees,
Drop into the school, read the ‘Rules for Teachers’ – so many restrictions.
Check out the 1932 Dennis Fire Engine, the recently opened Cobblers and Barbers shops.
On Sundays there are demonstrations from 1pm to 3pm of blacksmithing, wood turning, corn shelling and rope making using restored original equipment.
